huh? take the money. worst thing is you owe whoever buys your note from them.

what do I care about the guy im borrowing from's position with the irs? if someone is stupid enough to give them money that they give to me, how's that my concern?

owing the government that charges a rate of interest is to be leveraged if you can get better rate of return. it's done all the time.
