I just went for a run with mouth tape for the first time. Been using mouth tape for sleeping for a while now.

The result is INSANE! Never felt better during and after the run. Felt like meditation for me.

I’ve been doing some serious research into nose breathing. Mouth taping is one of the hacks to achieve that
