I think molten salt reactors are working around atmospheric pressure and hydrogen could safely be vented/captured in case excessive amounts get generated? Way less risky than a huge pressure chamber... Also if they burst the fuel doesn't evaporate but crystallize as too few energy is released to keep it liquid or even evaporate it iiuc
