no way telling man in pic is owner of the address just from pic itself - hence do not send any big amount at all even if anyone likes him. simple
this is one reason many hesitant to send donations after via agency etc in many countries after some nat. disaster - middlemen corrupt political system grabs them before end recipient in need.
