When I'm feeling futuristic I use plaintext files saved locally

When I'm feeling even more futuristic, pen and paper

Notebook on my desk/I carry around all the time.

And linear for company work

Well calendar have one issue is when you have slow running tasks but that will get critical in the future. Like renew passport

NextCloud Tasks

I have not yet test next cloud.

I love NextCloud! It's a bit much if all you need is tasks, since it was created as more of a "replace all things Google" type solution. You can also host it on a VPS if you don't have hardware to put it on and keep running 24/7, too.

I have 2 Nostr relays so I think one next cloud in the house will not be one issue. But I don't think next cloud will one good task tool for me. I need some other possibilities. I will try to write a document about it

I will check this one. Is it fix date tasks or can you have ranges?

You can have "start" and "end" dates as well as customize reminders on a per-task basis

I just don't do them
