It is actually very simple and easy to lose weight and fix obesity.

Stop eating artificial 'food'. Anything

- processed

- ultra-processed

- packaged

- whatever has an ingridients list

- whatever is not produced by nature

Start eating only real food:

- meat

- eggs

- fish

- poultry

- dairy

The less carbohydrates you eat, the leaner you will be.

And it is much easier to do when you understand the truth: whatever we are eating is not food, actually. We were deceived. And now we are weak and dependent.

Just as you would never eat chemical products meant for home cleaning, never consume artificial food. Never!

As you start eating real food, everything will change:

- you will stop craving food

- your energy level will go up

- you will become physically active

- your weight will go down

- your mood will be fixed

- your happiness level will rise.
