we cannot discuss birthing humans and human birthdate issues without developing serious conversations around women's safe access to all forms of healthcare - including language to access their physical health needs while pregnant and woman/child care. it is unreasonable to form doomsday narratives around birthing when medicine refuses to safely protect childbirth - and it is increasingly unaffordable to raise children in the economic reality of physical life. unpacking information "birthing" from women's health is essential. women feel unsafe in their own bodies in medical situations. that is a reality. anyone reasonably aware of broken access to women's health needs/language to explain our experiences, we avoid medical intervention whenever possible because of entrapment and ignorance or political agendized "care" which endangered mother and child.
