Yeah really. I saw Samson Mow and such doing this, but I just read it as basically a bunch of bitcoiners jokingly daring Vitalik to just end the suspense and kill ethereum with a rollback.
I think by challenging Vitalik, they demonstrate that eth has a centralized authority.
