In early 20th century there was maybe 5% Jews in Palestine - data widely available - and they were mainly Sephardic, living in harmony with the Arabs. since then the Zionists (mainly European Jews) have conducted a concerted campaign to explicitly create a Jewish state in which the Arabs were at best totally suppressed but more realistically, as we have seen, completely eliminated one way or another.

you simply can't create a Jewish state without getting rid of the endogenous non Jews. you might argue that's a good thing because of what the Jews have suffered through history but you cannot pretend it's not reality
