These weight loss drugs are the next iteration of the jibby jabs but instead of playing into the human emotions of empathy and self-sacrifice for community, they play into vanity and laziness.
Anyone who takes this shit willingly instead of doing the work to fix their diet and exercise deserves all of the problems they’re signing up for in the fine print which are likely going to be front and centre with this stuff
I’ve thought for a while that it was only a matter of time before we found these drugs had previously unknown side effects. Sometimes it takes time to pick up signals. These things in the article may or may not turn out to be linked, but we are complex systems and there is no free lunch, only trade offs.
Fully agree. There is no free lunch. The guest at the Huberman episode draw the line between the drug and the side effects very clearly
All-In podcast is always promoting these weight loss drugs.
Knowing who they are, I’m sure that they are investors in something around these drugs
I’ll have to dig up that episode and give it a listen.
It’s an episode that everyone should listen to.
