This was my response to your general statement.

"Humor is ubiquitous, but highly assortative."

That means:

Most people think of themselves as humorous, but humor doesn't translate well between different demographics, so most people think most other people aren't humorous, but that their friends are very humorous.

In other words:

You think I am not funny, but that you are funny.

I think the exact opposite.

And we are both correct.

Because math.

I do agree with you, that your brand of humor is considered funny by a broader swathe of the general population, than mine is. But mine is heavily-overrepresented online, so that shouldn't necessarily be what is holding me back.

And now, it is your turn to respond that I didn't need to write an essay and ain't nobody got time to read all that and what math am I referring to, and etc.
