You are very kind Derek. We do accept Sats 丰 for our honey and products from the hive. The part about âon #nostrâ is misleading because one must go to our website (listed on my pfp bio) or nostr:npub1uense4apn73tvh4u20tzlp6u72g4kdustzsm0k0sqy6yuwh5jxlsy97y76 âs to see our products/prices. In the words of Kajoozie, âwhich kind of suxâ, if you want a straight/strictly #nostr -only interaction. Several have ordered from us, by looking at the website, DMing us on Nostr, paying in Sats 丰 via invoice or just zapping us the total including shipping. We are only out of certain soaps at this point, all honey is in stock, though. Tupelo and Sourwood are in stock, but not listed on the website because our prices are low compared to other honey suppliers, so customers will sometimes make runs on those to where we donât have enough for our farmers markets. Forgive the dissertation, and thanks for asking! P.S. I canât remember all the honey producers on #nostr either, and this is our only gig!
Discussion
I usually buy honey from a local guy that has a really impressive, very long and very gray beard đ But I'll buy some from you here in the near future.
I always get raw honey from drapis.com because I can pay them in sats, but I couldnât convince them to join nostr yetâŚ
We appreciate the thought. Graybeards are generally wise and wonderful. I understand why our culture discards the aged, since it slows down our âAmerican exuberanceâ, but all of our beekeeping mentors were in their 70s, and our first mentor was 94 when he finally gave up the ghost. So much knowledge to be absorbed from them, but they generally donât cotton to the slick language and fast moves of the younger generation, so one must check oneself, STFU, retain that wisdom, apply it in our own framework.
Hey there! Just sent you a DM.
