Meat usually has much more vitamins and minerals per gram than fruits and/or vegetables.

Fruits and vegetables are mainly just water.

Scammers? 🤷🏼

I see more vegetarians eating pills than meat eaters.

In my traveling I saw no carnivore every taking supplements. But all vegans have to take care of that.
