Anyone have any permanent solutions for a painful bulging disc?
Been losing a ton of weight, stretching, staying hydrated. Marginal improvement, but doesn’t seem to be truly healing.
Considering stem cell injections outside of the US. Any other recommendations?
Stem cell injections was my only idea. Rogan talks about this a lot. Anything to avoid surgery!
