Surprised Russia didn't apply their own sanctions years ago. On both Europe and the US.
Yeah. This is indeed an interesting topic. Maybe the answer is that Russians and Chinese tend to be more industrialists and Europe and USA tend more to banking nowdays. In fact, several topics can be explained like this, but i am not sure of course.
