I have a couple of chicken breasts for dinner that I need to decide how to prepare. Breading them is an option, it’s so much work, though…

Sounds delicious!

I’m going to make a slow cooked 6 hour bolognaise with loads of garlic and red wine, then I’ve got to tend to my rooftop garden and get ready for the week! 😉
