Regardless of the quality, veracity and presentation of information, the V4V model breaks down when:

1) the nature of the information is such that the individuals that would most benefit from it are those least interested in it, and

2) the people most interested in the information are inquisitive enough to already know much of it.

You end up preaching to the choir, and wondering why the world isn’t beating a path to the door of your online store.

Gabriel’s content, attention to detail, and dedication to upholding the principles he teaches is amazing.

In my opinion, capitalization on the body of work that he has compiled is more likely to be found in its ability to lend credibility to the brand, for marketing security consulting services directly to organizations, celebrities and other high net worth individuals. Or taking the dark path and profitably exploiting holes in the same would-be clients’ security.

There has to be a model for marketing this business already. Something like a free audit up front to show customers where their vulnerabilities are, followed by an offer of a tiered, packaged set of solutions (and assistance in their implementation) in a way that won’t disrupt operations.

Maybe the only thing missing is the right sales and marketing person/people.

I really want to see he and Urban succeed.
