Yes! I am waiting for someone to build it. I will jump on the chance to demo it with some of our books immediately.
This should be done to 'all' media. Open protocols that store the media. Users who store and stream media get paid with sreaming sats. One portion goes to further dev bounties and most go to artists/publishers. This should replace spotify, netflix and the like monopolies. Make internet open again.
