How does the @plebstr search implementation work now? If I search for hashtag word, I also get results that don’t contain it. If I search without a hashtag, I only get accounts with a name that contains the search word.

Are there any rules for searching?

Ok, thanks. But anyway what are the rules for using search? Does the search running on client app or the relays are involved? Are some relays better than other? Which NIP describes it?
