Sometimes people don’t even realize they’re using you. It’s not on purpose. They actually do think they are your friend. But under the surface, on a subconscious field, it’s not you they love, it’s what they’re extracting from you or the interactions you have.

And it’s not always as straightforward as say, using you for money. Sometimes what they’re using you for is your energy, the way that energy makes them feel. Sometimes it’s just being associated with you and how they perceive that makes them appear to others. Sometimes it’s who you know, and the access they gain to those relationships. etc

There are people who like to glom on and they aren’t self aware enough to realize they’re doing it so they just think, I love her… I want to be her friend. But as soon as they stop having unlimited access to that which they were glomming on to, it starts to become apparent.

Love people, use things.

Not the other way around.
