Imagine a world where you increase your work effort not to produce MORE but to do BETTER?

I was in a meeting yesterday with my staff and I realized that everyone measures their success by the dollar value of the work they manage rather than the quality of the work or the customer’s satisfaction.

Transitioning into a #bitcoin treasury eventually will change this perception of success. It’s only a matter of time before the treasury growth exceeds operating profits, at this point a profitable small business will have a #bitcoin endowment.

This to me will be the renaissance, the golden age. No more competing on price, no more FREE estimates, I pick my jobs, I pick the projects that satisfy me not my quota. And as far as staff?, only the ones who like their jobs, the ones who produce with little friction, only the best of the best will work for me, if we do 2-3 projects a year, so be it, who gives a fuck, just do a good job and don’t lose money or a client.

That’s the business I want my children in.
