Politicians and assorted Parasites have long gamed big tech social media. The Dictator of Victoria routinely has thousands of likes on his posts and yet can’t go out in public, people forget that he spent millions on social media management.

Part of the promise of #nostr is they won’t be able to repeat that behaviour here. They’ll have to pay to be on relays (and who says relay operators will want them?), and we all know Zaps are the higher quality signal - no-one is going to be zapping these clowns and it will be obvious if they bot-zap.

Digital social spaces where the parasite class can’t flood propaganda and try to force narratives will be the biggest social shift this decade.
