Hoo it's the remastered version
I think these are remastered osts for the PC port. There was a huge effort among a bunch of modders 3 years ago.
Woow then the PC port for MM happened before OoT ?
ops, my bad, it was for a HD pack for the 3DS version
but still, there was a new mod release for the port a few months ago, Nerrel remade all the maps by hand, it's really amazing 
Wooah the guy is pretty passionate about MM to do that. Can every 3DS version play these modded Majora's Mask.
The community has moved from the 3DS version to the PC version. Nerrel himself used to make mods for the 3DS version, but is now focusing on the PC. I played the 3DS version with a mod on original hardware to fix some weird changes they made on the 3DS lol 
Man wtf they did with the map on 3DS ? Why change if the OG wasn't bad ? lol the mod seems more faithful and prettier than the 3DS.
i suppose the PC version will take a while..
The OG is a beta map that never replaced during development, the game had to be finished within a year after all as agreed by Eiji Aonuma. When they revisited the game on 3DS they made some ugly art for a puzzle toy they made that was even worse than the original lol
