do you think it's practical to run a hotel, motel, airbnb, etc., whatever rental unit and have a carry in/carry out policy. your garbage is your responsibility. leave nothing behind. does that really seem unreasonable? I understand that's part of the service, but what if it weren't? deal breaker? how much less would you expect to pay?

It depends on the price. If I'm paying a cleaning fee you bet I will be upset if you ask me to clean up after myself.

If its a reasonable price and I'm aware that its up to me beforehand than I would be fine with it. Just not deep cleaning. I still feel that's the owners responsibility.

Yea, that would motivate me to clean up after myself. If you reduce the price a bit for the people who do, that would seem reasonable.
