1 Bitcoin = 100,000,000 Satoshis

1 Bitcoin is currently $57,400

If you only have a few dollars, you can buy a few Satoshis

Eg. If you have $1, you can buy 1,700 Satoshis

yes exactly... also control the amount of UTXOs you accumulate along your Bitcoin journey.... consolidate Evey once in a while..
