What is an "article" on nostrudel ? Thats an event type that I've never come across before.

An article on #nostrudel is a long form note according to https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/blob/master/23.md
It is used to publish longer and formatted texts. Also the author may resent the note with different content to update the article. https://habla.news is an example of a client designed for that purpose.
