Hello #Bitcoin friends! Can anyone help me troubleshoot my #BitAxe?! I'm a noob!

I submitted a support ticket to nostr:npub1k8s3skyy5mg5h07w8zvuk5lgrqadmejz7fjdpl60zaznw8sxzdxqxm6y88 but wanted to see if I could resolve my issue faster here!

I got my BitAxe yesterday. Plugged into power and it booted up right away. I connected to WiFi and set everything up. Was working perfectly as shown in the video. Let it run overnight and in the morning I was fiddling around.

- Tried to update the firmware over the IP via mobile browsers it wouldn’t update.

- I tried over-clocking it but it kept reverting to a way low rate.

- I then tried updating the website via www.bin file and that’s when my display stopped working.

It powers up and the fan is running but I cannot connect to the local IP via a mobile browser and no display.

Steps I’ve taken to troubleshoot:

- tried unplugging for 10 mins. Plugged back in. No display but the fan works.

- I connected to my MacBook via USB-C while holding the boot button and it was detected by my computer I selected the debug port but could not get the bitaxe web flasher to install the update or factory options.

- tried holding the boot button when clicking install as suggested by the installer.

Let me know if I’m missing a step.

Thanks!!🙏
