In fact, I currently, it didn't show correct time. No one bother set correct time. So many old clock in house.

I don't know where that clock came from. But it is real, old clock.
I've just been exploring online and found some clocks like that called "French Vedette art deco clock". Same kind of face and graphic style for the numbers and hands. 😊
