Sorry to hear, those can be brutal.

If you can catch the anxiety before it’s too extreme, the 4-7-8 breath can help ALOT.

If you stick with it (depends how bad the anxiety is) it *will* switch your nervous system from sympathetic to parasympathetic and calm you.

1. Inhale through your nose for a count of 4.

2. Hold your breath for a count of 7.

3. Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound, for a count of 8.

4. Repeat
