Yeah, it seemed weird to me too, that's why I thought I'd bring it up.
It's back already, they very weirdly wanted me to confirm my account email, even though I have had the same account for years and the other domains there continue active.

What's making you not like it*
Clunky menus, clunky settings, no cross copy / paste without using other software, overall design language sucks imo, no automated backups (probably requires other software), can’t FaceTime (use with family a lot), Damus kills my data and FaceTime works without data.
Yeah, I'm not in agreement with the "no edit, no delete" mantra. I think technology should allow us to refine our message if we need to make a correction which helps us communicate better. Plus, my OCD can't cope with erors.
