So you have no issue with pedophiles being able to share content on the network and tip each other for it? For me that's not the type of thing I'd be willing to support and is the main reason I won't be on this platform in the long-term.

Just make sure to report the pedophiles on your way out. I haven't witnessed anything like that on my part of nostr so far. I would not tolarate anything like that and I would act accordingly if I would ever witness anything of that nature.
