30 August 2023 - it seems the #intelligenceservices and #lawenforcement took a break this morning after the #NottinghillCarnival because, although no.23 was lurking there wasn't the #BennyHill act of timing my waking with crossing the #PIR so they can make it look like i set it off. No.19 was sleeping and didn't bother waking up. Mediocre. And on the way in hardly a microwave directed energy ear-click or vehicle tailing, not like the past four days' madness, and only a lonely vehicle waiting to see me arrive at work.

Part of the reason for the weak ear-clicks is that i removed the bluetooth headset from my helmet which -- criminal damage -- they disabled the mic by cutting two thin wires i found unattached from the circuit board. Many times i've put my helmet on and it felt uncomfortable, as though the ear headphones had been moved.
In the beginning of this directed energy saga the directed energy rays actually made a dull thud on the helmet but since, something was changed so they penetrate to the ear.
