Cheers! I didn’t have one growing up it’s just as I’m looking at houses there’s so many with unfinished basements - the exposed wood even if you’re paying over 500k is what trips me out 🫠
Prices are insane. Here in California small, outdated places go for the price of a few dozen bitcoin.
I have thought that too when looking at houses: “it costs that much for this?!”
The wooorrst. I wish co-living were a thing. There’s so many unsold empty properties too. Any time I look at houses I’m just like 😑
