Aves Libre looks like a nice gallery application.
Fennec doesn't seem to be useful, because essentially it is an older version of Firefox Focus.
Material Files looks like a fork/mod of Amaze.
DroidFS needs more looking into.
Firefox focus does not allow about:config which is a big difference
