I'll take a look at these events and will do the same. Seems like encrypted block is like twitter mute, and unencrypted block is twitter block (if clients implement it that way, otherwise would be just a mute)

not yet. for mute I was hoping to use the encrypted lists nip (kind 30000) that I had proposed: https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/pull/114
also wanted to get an unencrypted version out there.
