I checked the last ones, and they were at nostr.mom and no.st.cr.
I've just disabled them, now testing... I'm afraid the spam is everywhere, though

Do you have it set to allow upload but not download? So you can still get your voice out there?
I just disabled at all. I have many relays, tbh... In some clients it gets very slow because of that
