Just browse some well known accout's followings and tap to follow the ones you know.

Also a note functionality with follow buttons next to npubs (or in tap'n'hold menu would be nice to have. "follow all mentioned in the note" would be useful too.

Easier to subscribe to whole groups of people that way.

In contact list, one could "create a note with selected followers"...

This is my opinion (but this note lightning projects): Galoy company, SatoshiLab (may be do you know these guys?), LNBits project, BTCPay project, Lightning Labs. But it seems to me that bitcoin itself does not need much developers right now - the protocol is stable, there are not many changes required. What can not be said about the Lightning Network and Nostr.
