There are few tunes better than this🙏🏻.

I've got a weird love for this one.

I was just listening to the original version of that😂😂.

Have a listen to that Ryan.

It's Radioheads cover of Portishead's - The RIP. (Who are also one of my favourite bands, they are defunct now, I only seen them the once, in a castle in Germany, it was AMAZING).

There's the original, which is a bit more hard hitting but equally as amazing👌🏻.

Can't say I've ever listened to Portishead before. Will look into more now, thanks!

Portishead are phenomenal mate, they only made 3 albums, each, are absolutely exquisite. They were a band from, funnily enough......Portishead😬😂.

Portishead’s Third is one of my all time favourites. They absolutely perfected misery with that one.

It's quite dark, Third.

I don't think I have a favourite album of theirs, they're all great.

Agreed, I just think the production is in a different league to the previous two. The songs have always been brilliant.

I wish they'd reform but they've all pretty much said it's not gonna happen. I only ever seen them live once☹️.

Loved Beth Gibbons and Beak’s last records but the sum of those parts is still greater… Maybe they’ll pencil something in for 2040.

You never know🤞🏻.

The Beak>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> stuff is great too. I've only seen them live once as well. I offered Geoff and the band my house to stay at on Twatter when they played in Liverpool. He politely refused😬😂.

Had the joy of seeing them at the tiny local venue - Geoff Barrow asked about our local MP (was during the election) and I shouted back “he’s a cunt!”.

I cherish that moment between us.

It was a pretty small standing venue where they played in Liverpool. I was stood right at the front, on the railings. Less than 6ft away from them. Fantastic🥳.

I like this cover, the original is so touching, hard to beat, but really enjoyed it.

Here a portishead version of karmacoma

I love the original as well. This is like an electro-dirge version.

Ever hear Korn's unplugged cover? Jon Davis does a great job, hits the high note even.

Or Prince live?

Such a great tune ♥️

The girl who was the singer in Pootishead, her name is Beth Gibbons, her voice is ABSOLUTELY MESMERISING, haunting. She is a very very special vocalist.

That's a great one. You're right, gorgeous voice. A bit of that husky when she goes for the low notes 😉

She's unbelievable mate. It's a big ask but I emplore you to do it.

Listen to all 3 of their albums. They are immense.

Portishead - Portishead.

Portishead - Dummy.

Portishead- Third.

Since it's your birthday I'll promise. It's a bit late in the evening now, but tomorrow I'll go all in 🤝🎶

Good man. You're a great Canadian🥳.

We do what we can in the colonies.

I once got into an argument with Geoff Barrow (Portishead band member) on Twatter, many years ago, and we'd sorted it out within a few posts. Somebody replied "That's the way to do it gentlemen".

One of my proudest moments in cyberspace😬😂.

😬😂.

That’s my favourite one of theirs! 💜

It's absolutely brilliant. Her voice is haunting. She's a very very special vocalist👌🏻.

Wait, there is a Korn unplugged?? WTF

That sounds amazing. Super slow. Never heard this before👌🏻.

Hell yeah, it's great.

I'm glad I linked it then, is a must for a Radiohead fan 🤝
