That sucks. Just punishing you for ever owning anything. And yet, what would they be left with in a world where you didn't?

Self defeating actions like theft shouldn't happen. I hope you are able to avoid getting stolen from in the future.

The ideal country in the eyes of the state is one without any of those pesky citizens in it at all. It's your fault for going against their wishes.
