Yeah but bamboo, it's just for looks? Do you use it as material for something? A living fence? I know bamboo will take everything over if you don't maintain it.

mine is in no danger of taking over. its hanging on but not really thriving.
my theory is that if I give it enough water and nitrogen i will eventually have enough to harvest it for fencing.
otherwise it is simply beautiful.
