Goltz Pasha. He was the advisor of the Ottoman Army while Ataturk was studying in the millitary college (harbiye). His book called Millet-i Müselleha (The Nation in Arms) was the foundation of many concepts that modern day Turkiye is built upon.

He was a such a genius general, imo.
