Damn, that #GBTC case. It is looking like Grayscale might actually win. Wen ETF? 3-6 months.

I’m cautiously optimistic. IOW, I haven’t started looking on Zillow…yet.

It was due to the opening arguments for the SEC case. The judges were asking pointed questions regarding the BTC futures and spot prices. How they move in tandem. It’s just the opening arguments, so a lot can change. That is the crux of Grayscale’s case, though. It’s looking more likely than not imo.

From what I have seen 3-6 months for this lawsuit to be resolved. Then, there are 2 lawsuits attempting to force redemptions (1 confirmed, 1 likely).
