Generally I agree 100% (regular watcher of Louis Rossman here) but isn't think basically protecting against the automobile equivalent of scalping Taylor Swift concert tickets?

I wish they would share the full details of the mentioned Purchase Agreement, but it does not sound like a scalping prevention scenario.

I have never purchased a new vehicle so this is out of my wheelhouse, but the article reads like Tesla does not want people to buy and then dump the vehicle as a way to disrupt sales/reputation of their vehicles. This may be specific to only Cybertrucks and not all new Teslas.
Regardless its suss af, not going to buy a Tesla.
