sorry i fell asleep 😭
the pillows i use are buckwheat pillows, they’re small and the buckwheat moves around as your head moves, so it’s not extra fluffy or too flat 
Will get one today and let you know how it goes
Forgot to update you. This thing smelled disgusting and was thicker than the pillow I already used so I returned it 😅
