There is this ultra-progressive minority that aims to turn society upside down, to force people to deny reality. I’ve witnessed presentations where they explicitly state their goal is to elevate “non-dominant groups”. They don’t say it out loud, but suppressing and marginalizing historically “dominant” groups is part of that- to make up for past injustices. Taken to the extreme things become absurd and dangerous, as you point out, trying to bend reality and change human nature.
