I had the same issue, and only recovered 7 sats. You'd say it's definitely from the update yesterday? It shows that Calle posted a day ago to me.
This is my best guess, most likely there is a series of steps having to do with indexes that will find the remaining balance. Just wait for the dev to respond.
Minibits dev here. Did you try to go through multiple recovery intervals ahead still without finding any ecash?
