What I've been doing is just jumping on and off the computer and opening the minute chart with only the Bollinger Bands as indicators. Spend a few hours watching into the void of bars on the 1min chart and you'll be able to see the moment we flip bullish or bearish.

Eventually I'll get to the point where at any given point or time, open the market, and make money.
