Can you tell more about that?
Cause my allergies are getting worse over the last 3 years. Had very mild allergies from 2018-21, after I got Covid (not vaccinated though) my allergies are bad. I’m on a heavy meat and dairy diet already, with some veggies and potatoes.
Any idea, suggestions or experts I can listen to on that?
Your diet sounds similar to mine. I'm trying to follow keto/paleo whenever possible … but I never got covid
