Step 6, Post an url instead of "Good morning!"

Maybe create a list of image links and randomly pick one and post it.

Yes. But could be anything. Upload them to imgur or whatever place and add the urls in the list. Or do some more advanced image grabbing from Instagram or whatever platform.
