Would it be possible to create a bot that you can tag on twitter that then gets that post/thread, copies it, and posts it in Nostr?

Well, depends on what you describe as quality.
I guess in this case what I want is some more of those great analysis, conversations, discussions and shitpost to also happen or make it to Nostr.
Like my latest post on/by nostr:npub1cj8znuztfqkvq89pl8hceph0svvvqk0qay6nydgk9uyq7fhpfsgsqwrz4u, even though he is active on Nostr, some of his best ideas don’t make it to Nostr, which is a shame. Not that I want to pick on him, just that he’s the first “quality tweet” i found when I logged in a few min ago.
I think we should also start using a Hashtag, so other people can start doing that.
What about #Tweetstr, or #Tweetr?
